Broadcasting from high in the Rocky Mountains, Weed and Weird brings you strange tales from around Colorado and beyond, paired with a different cannabis strain for each topic. Come along as we investigate mysteries both historical and modern, including UFOs, hauntings, ghost towns, cults, strange locations, mysterious deaths, fascinating characters, conspiracies, historical legends, cryptids, secret societies, and more! You'll get to hear interviews, meet guests, and join our host, Reilly Morrigan for episodes recorded on location at many of the places we'll be investigating.
On this site, you'll find show notes for each episode, where you'll be able to see our sources, strain pairings, and any companion media. You'll also be able to check out our episode map, where we point you directly to the places we've discussed, and even give you an episode reference. Hopefully, this will inspire you to take a road trip to some of these mysterious places.
The Host
Hello, friends! I'm your host, Reilly. I'm here to get high and tell stories, and I'm already really high.

My background is in anthropology, but I consider myself a professional when it comes to smoking weed. I've been doing it since my teen years, and learned how to roll joints before my freshman year of high school. This was, of course, back in the black market days in southern California. More recently I spent a few years in the legal cannabis industry, which taught me more than I ever thought there was to know. I love the skunky, gassy strains. My favorite terpenes are myrcene, caryophyllene, and humulene. A couple of strains that I will never say no to are Chemdawg, LA Kush Cake, and Glue.

I've been in Colorado since 2019, and had a medical card before I moved to a recreational state. I live and work high in the Rockies, but I'll be taking you all over this beautiful state.
